Step 5 of 5

Finish the job

Being recommended is one thing. What happens when AI does not only advise, but acts?

The first four steps form the cadence. Agent readiness joins once AI does not only advise but also acts through your flows — which is why it can also stand alone.

Agents fill in forms, choose options and work through sign-up journeys. For consequential steps, most systems still ask for confirmation today — but that is shifting: work is well under way on agents that also complete the order without anyone watching. For your flows that changes the question. Not "is this user-friendly", but: does an agent get from intent to confirmation without getting stuck, and does it choose the right thing along the way?

That second part is the real risk. An agent that gets stuck usually disappears as unexplained drop-off. A wrong choice — the wrong variant, a default option that does not fit — ends up in your figures as a completed conversion, until the customer reports that the result is not right.

We have agentic systems carry out bounded tasks in your flows, under recorded conditions, with every step captured. You get to see where it strands, where it goes wrong without stranding, and what needs to change — in the interface, in the structure, or in the way options are named. Applicable to application and order flows, sign-ups, quotation journeys and government-facing forms.

What you receive
A recorded run through your own flows: what strands, and what goes wrong without stranding.

An agent that gets stuck disappears from your figures. An agent that gets it wrong appears in them as a success.

Want to know where your brand stands?

It starts with the baseline measurement. You get both the measurement and the reading of it — where you stand, against whom, and where it goes wrong.
