The first question is not what you should change. The first question is what is happening now — and hardly any brand knows: standard dashboards do not measure it, and where AI visibility is measured, mention and recommendation usually end up on one heap.
We ask the questions your customers ask. Not "what do they say about Groundbase", but the open questions where brand choices are actually made: which provider would you recommend, what should I look out for, what is a good option for my situation. Those questions go to seven AI channels — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews — because the channels differ considerably. Measure one channel and you know something about that channel — not about your AI visibility. One measurement is a question set times seven channels times several runs — which is why the answers add up so quickly.
From those answers we read two things that are often confused. Whether your brand appears, and whether it is recommended. Those are not the same. Brands that are mentioned everywhere but never appear as the first choice have a different problem from brands that are absent altogether — and the two call for a different diagnosis and different priorities.
You get the measurement and the reading of it. The numbers come from our own instruments; the report you put in front of your board is written — where you stand, against whom, where it goes wrong and what the next steps are, without a translation layer.
